Cutting-edge radiation therapies, like TrueBeam™ frameless stereotactic radiosurgery
Personalized research and clinical trials options—we screen every patient for potential matches
Access to a team of experts. Our Brain & Spine Tumor Committee meets weekly to present, discuss, and devise the best treatment plan for each patient
Support and wellness services

Collaborative expertise

Our Brain & Spine Tumor Program brings together specialists trained in the latest treatments for intracranial and spinal tumors. The comprehensive team includes one of the region’s few neuro-oncologists, neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, rehabilitation physicians, advanced practice nurses, and research nurses.

Our experts have treated hundreds of patients from all over the Kansas City region–cases ranging from routine to complex. This expertise makes all the difference for patients.

Depending on the tumor type, location, its characteristics, and its grade, our team will recommend a personalized treatment plan, which could consist of surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or a combination of the three.
