Hormone Replacement or Medication Therapy? was created by Meg

Hello, I am faced with a revision surgery to try to cure my Acromegaly, which has a very high chance of causing loss of pituitary function, and therefore I will need hormone replacement. Or I could do the injection / medication therapy. This would not be a cure, but at least I would keep pituitary function. I am wondering whether quality of life is better on the hormone replacement therapy or the injections to lower GH?
