Hi Bobbi,

Welcome to PNA. We hope you are able to find information that helps you. I know it can be scary to have things checked out but it is better to get checked and find things early than to let them go unchecked. I wish you good luck with your upcoming MRI. Let us know how it goes. :)

Take care,

Tammy

Hi Stephanie,

I have heard of two tumors before, even different types of tumors. Are you seeing a pituitary specialist? If not I highly recommend finding a doctor that has experience treating people with pituitary tumors. It can really make a difference in your quality of life.

We have a list of pituitary specialists here on our website. Here is a link to the page:

Pituitary Specialists

Feel free to contact us at (805) 499-9973 if you have any questions or you can email me at [email protected]

Take care,

Tammy

Stephanie,

I just joined this group today, so I hope that you will receive this message. I've never heard of two tumors at the same time, but I guess it's possible. How did it turn-out?

I, myself, have had two pituitary tumors. They were 3.5 years apart. I'm starting to get a little scared for my annual MRI this year as it has been almost 4 years since my last one.

2 Pitutary Tumors? was created by Stephyd83

Hi All-
I recently had a MRI due to a headache that persisted for 7+ days. I have a history of Melanoma Stage 1A that was not treated properly for 2 + years due to Mis-diagnosis. They found 2 tumors on my Pituitary gland that is causing the gland to bulge and the stalk to shift to the left. I went to see an Endocrinologist yesterday and he said he has never heard of have 2 tumors either has his Colleagues. I am having a bunch of labs today to see if they are making any hormones. Has anyone ever heard of this before?
Thanks!
