Thanks for the info. The genetics you mentioned may be the explanation. The height was not an issue when we hang around (I'm 5'7), and she seem to have accepted her height.

Hello,
I am not a medical professional so I am not sure what if anything can be done for your friend. I do recommend that your friend check out our symptoms information and see if they have any of the other symptoms associated with pituitary disorders.

Genetics plays a big part in height so it could have something to do with genetics or if there is something else going on an endocrinologist that specializes in pituitary disorders is the best place to start. We have a list of pituitary specialists on our website.

Have a best friend that I think as she just stopped growing at 5 feet, she's already 24. Been reading a lot about problems on pituitary gland preventing full growth in height. I'm just wondering if there's still a way for her to increase height.
