I'm on cabergoline, I believe it is the same as dostinex. I originally had a decrease in prolactin and now it is increasing too. My doctor is increasing my dose.
Have you asked your doctor about testing your levels?
Good luck!

prolactin fluctuations ????? was created by fendertele

hey is it common to get fluctuations even when on treatment ? I mean I'm taking the dostinex twice weekly 5mg and I feel that come the last day before I take my next tablet I begin to get symptoms of my levels increasing.... main one being a very tingly/tichy nipple always the left one... and with this comes a puffy nipple ... surely the dosage I take should have some overlapping life in my system and never allow my levels to shoot up ?
