× Rathke's pouch is a normal component of embryological development which eventually forms the pituitary gland. This pouch normally closes early in fetal development, but a remnant often persists as a cleft that lies within the pituitary gland.

me too....I am so happy that webmd got me here. I am a 52 yo female, was curious if based upon family history if I could start to find out before I got old if I had something on the order of M.S. given my Father and Fathers family history.
<br>Menopausal stuff aside, memory, speech, balance, sleep problems etc got to to all this testing..
<br>I too, got that result, and also am experiencing what you guys are describing.
<br>Not in our "head" for sure...
