FSH & LH Tumors

FSH- and LH-secreting tumors very rarely present with clinical symptoms of hormone over-secretion. Hence, the presentation of these tumors is almost always identical to non-functional (or endocrine inactive) adenomas.

These symptoms include:

  • Headaches
  • Visual disturbances
  • Hypogonadism

Like non-functional adenomas, primary treatment is usually surgical.
