Johns Hopkins: Brain Tumor Education Group
Patients with brain tumors and their caregivers are welcome at the Brain Tumor Education Group, which meets the first Wednesday of every month from 10:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. at the Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center – Weinberg Building, Room B-143, located on level L-2. Each meeting features a guest speaker. Speakers provide a wide range of educational topics related to brain tumors, tumor therapies and side effects. Examples include surgical decision making, medical treatments, nutrition, rehabilitation and cognitive impairment. Light refreshments are served. For more information, please call (410) 955-8371.
